Hard Surface Cleaning For extremely heavy grease and oil, work D’Limosol 55F 25% into the soil and rinse thoroughly. For light duty cleaning use 2 ounces per gallon and rinse. For medium duty cleaning use 4-6 ounces per gallon and rinse. For heavy duty cleaning use at a 10 to 1 dilution. Rinse D’Limosol 55F with hot water (140-160° F) for best results.
Laundry Where garments, uniforms or rags are soiled with grease or oil it is best to pretreat using D’limosol 55F straight or at a 50% cut. If added directly to the wash load, add 4-8 ounces per 10 pound of cloth. Wash at 140–1600F.

It has been determined that to defoam typical waste water with foam caused by nonionic and anionic surfactants that a rule of thumb is to use 1/5 the amount of defoamer to surfactant to prevent foam in waste water. For instance, if you identify that you have 100 ppm soaps for detergents, start with 20 ppm of Defoamer NZ-49. DEFOAMER NZ-49 is approximately 20% more active than our DEFOAMER WTC-10.

MIRAFLOC works best at a pH between 8-10. Raise the pH to between 9 and 10 using either Pharagent S or caustic soda. With some agitation, add MIRAFLOC. The amount required will depend on the amount of suspended solids. Usually, .025% to .1% is sufficient. Once MIRAFLOC is added, recheck the pH to ensure that it is still 8-10. At this point, the floc will either sink or float depending on the specific gravity of the suspended solids.
Of the floc sinks, decant off the clear water and either return to your process for reuse or send down the drain. If the floc floats, either take the clear water from the bottom or skim off the floc.
The floc will have to be discarded in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, depending on the characteristics of the waste being generated.

APPLICATION

NEUTRAL CLEANING: Blending .1% to 10.0% NA-108 with water will act as an excellent neutral hard surface cleaner. Application would include: car washes, floor cleaners, truck washes, spray washes, plastic cleaners, and metal cleaners.
CAUSTIC CLEANERS: By using 2-4% of NA-108 with 4-8% of 50% Caustic Soda, with the balance being water, a powerful general cleaning compound can be made to remove oils and strip waxes.
ACID CLEANERS: By using 2-10% of NA-108 with Phosphoric Acid or Muriatic Acid, a powerful acid cleaner can be produced to clean masonry or aluminum.
CHLORINE BLEACH CLEANER: 4-10% of NA-108 with Sodium Hypochlorite will clean food plants and piping. It will also act to clean dyeing equipment and floors which have been stained by dyes.

TiTAN WASH rinses completely and is formulated for use in conjunction with the TiTAN RDS system. For use on metals, TPO, concrete and other roofing substrates.
The following are recommended dilutions of WATER: TiTAN WASH:
Grease: No Dilution
Heavy Oils: 3:1
Light Oils: 11:1
General purpose cleaning: 20:1
Warm water will improve effectiveness on grease and heavy oils.
In cold applications, it is recommended that the product be used straight or diluted not more than 3:1. Different solution rates may be necessary depending on the soils. Thorough rinsing may be required so that residues are not left behind.
