Brendan Maier serves as President of Paradigm Labs, a family-established company founded in 1991 by his father, Terry Maier. His career with the business reflects a hands-on understanding of its operations, beginning on the production floor and progressing through laboratory work, project leadership, and executive management.
Brendan led the project to design and build Paradigm’s Louisiana manufacturing facility, overseeing its development from planning through execution. He later assumed responsibility for operations and financial management across both the Pennsylvania and Louisiana locations. In 2021, he was appointed President, guiding the company through its next phase of operational growth and expanded capabilities.
His leadership approach emphasizes operational discipline, accountability, and a people-first culture that supports collaboration and continuous improvement. This foundation enables Paradigm Labs to operate with consistency while adapting to evolving customer and market demands.
Looking ahead, Brendan is focused on advancing automation, customization, and speed-to-market across Paradigm’s Consumer Products, Industrial, and Specialty Manufacturing divisions, strengthening efficiency, flexibility, and long-term customer relationships.
Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Albright College and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Alvernia University.
