Hard Surface Cleaning For extremely heavy grease and oil, work D’Limosol 55F 25% into the soil and rinse thoroughly. For light duty cleaning use 2 ounces per gallon and rinse. For medium duty cleaning use 4-6 ounces per gallon and rinse. For heavy duty cleaning use at a 10 to 1 dilution. Rinse D’Limosol 55F with hot water (140-160° F) for best results.
Laundry Where garments, uniforms or rags are soiled with grease or oil it is best to pretreat using D’limosol 55F straight or at a 50% cut. If added directly to the wash load, add 4-8 ounces per 10 pound of cloth. Wash at 140–1600F.

APPLICATION
NA-108 can be used in concentrations of .1% to 2.0% depending on the soils being removed. Some soils such as heavy oils, greases, adhesives, and waxes may be removed best by using a highly caustic cleaner like Paraclean OMY in conjunction with NA-108.
NEUTRAL CLEANING: Blending .1% to 10.0% NA-108 with water will act as an excellent neutral hard surface cleaner. Application would include: car washes, floor cleaners, truck washes, spray washes, plastic cleaners, and metal cleaners.
CAUSTIC CLEANERS: By using 2-4% of NA-108 with 4-8% of 50% Caustic Soda, with the balance being water, a powerful general cleaning compound can be made to remove oils and strip waxes.
ACID CLEANERS: By using 2-10% of NA-108 with Phosphoric Acid or Muriatic Acid, a powerful acid cleaner can be produced to clean masonry or aluminum.
CHLORINE BLEACH CLEANER: 4-10% of NA-108 with Sodium Hypochlorite will clean food plants and piping. It will also act to clean dyeing equipment and floors which have been stained by dyes.

OXYPAR can be used in concentrations of 2.0% to 5.0% (O.W.F.) depending on the speed of bleaching and whiteness desired. Using OXYPAR in conjunction with hydrogen peroxide will enhance the bleaching of cloth without any additional caustics or stabilizers needed.

PHARAGENT 100 is a liquid, easy to use soda ash replacement for raising the pH of a dye bath for several reasons. It will help direct dyes exhaust onto the fabric by raising the pH slightly (7.5 -8.0). Use recommendation is .1 - .5 depending on the type of equipment and pH of the water.
PHARAGENT 100 is also used to raise the pH in dyeing reactive dyes and basic dyes to activate the dye molecule.
PHARAGENT 100 will act to raise the pH between 8.5 and 10.5 so that the pH of the dye bath remains stable during the entire dyeing procedure.

PHARAGENT 100 LF is specifically designed for ease of application and complete miscibility with wastewater in aeriators and/or settling tanks. Its low freezing point is particularly well suited to outside storage and for direct application situations. PHARAGENT 100 LF allows the operator easy, controlled and clean application of a pH increaser without the solubility problems, dust and mess of dry lime.

PHARAGENT 100 LF can either be pumped into wastewater treatment systems or through direct application into aeriation tanks and/or settling tanks. Usage depends on the degree of acidity of wastewater and flow rates required by individual treatment facilities.

Add to wash prior to injection of the detergent. Allow 1– 2 minutes before adding detergent. If using on whites and before adding softener, add Dynasour 100 to lower the pH to 5 – 6.
