We’ve been manufacturing chemicals for more than 25 years, with roots in the chemical industry that reach back even farther.

Is Paradigm Labs ISO Certified? What exactly does ISO-9000 certification mean?

Paradigm Labs is ISO compliant, which means our management system fully adheres to the requirements of the standard. ISO 9000 is actually a series of standards, developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), that define, establish, and maintain an effective quality system for manufacturing and service industries.

Can I purchase with a credit card or PO?

Unless a credit account is established, a credit card will be required for purchases. We can also process payments via e-check. A 2% surcharge will be added to each order using a credit card.

What is your credit policy?

New customers will be on credit card terms for the first six months of consistent/repeat business. After that, they may apply for a Net30 account. To do so, contact us at 888-933-4554.

Shipping

My products haven’t arrived yet. When will they be delivered?

A tracking number can be found on the invoice emailed/mailed to you. You can use this number to learn information on the status of the shipment. If you are unable to locate the tracking number, or need further assistance, contact us at 888-933-4554.
