What I do at Paradigm:
Oversee operations at both of our production facilities, as well as oversight of financial transactions. In addition to my daily functions, I sit on the board of the corporation, in which I help make the decisions for the future pathway of the company.
What do you like about working at Paradigm?
Paradigm is a family-oriented workplace, everyone here has similar likes, which allows for great corporate camaraderie. All of the employees share the same goal of moving the corporation forward by exceeding customer expectations, and constant innovation.
I have been employed at Paradigm Labs for over a decade, but off and on for over twenty years, working in the plant as a production employee, in the lab as a lab tech, and now as the VP of corporation. In 2014, I moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to build and begin operations at our second manufacturing plant. I have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Albright College, and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Alvernia University.
What I enjoy when I’m not working:
Spending time with my family, working on projects around the house, and exercising.
