EnviroSeal is a concentrated, low-cost sealer for both older and new concrete surfaces. When applied to concrete or masonry, it reacts with the calcium in concrete to increase moisture resistance, concrete hardness and chemical resistance. When used prior to MasonryGuard, the two-part system prevents efflorescence and increases the service life of the coating.
All cementitious surfaces especially in unconditioned and moisture prone areas such as, basements and crawl spaces
EnviroSeal is used to protect and seal above and below-grade masonry construction materials including but not limited to poured concrete, pre-formed concrete, brick, concrete block and mortar joints. Other surfaces include poured subfloors, piers, structural poured and block formed walls.
- Corrosion, Abrasion and Chemical Resistant.
- Permanently reacts with concrete to resist efflorescence
- Hardens concrete, minimizes dusting, spalling and hairline cracking

EnviroSeal is formulated to be diluted.
It dilutes at a rate of 3-parts water to 1-part EnviroSeal concentrate. The solution may be applied with a brush, squeegee, sprayer (power or manual) or scrubbing machine for several minutes to obtain an even penetration. Three to four light, penetrating coats are recommended. After each coat is applied, allow EnviroSeal to penetrate. Complete drying is unnecessary. Any excess EnviroSeal should be removed between coats with clean water. New concrete should be properly cured for a minimum of seven days before EnviroSeal is applied.
Each light coat will yield 300-400 ft2 of coverage. Once all coats (3-4) are applied, expect a final coverage rate of 100 ft2 per ready-to-use gallon. Coverage may vary due to surface texture, porosity, age and application method. This does not include loss from over-spray or over-use.
